Both are corrupt totalitarians with basically no redeeming qualities other than portraying themselves as "strong men" more in touch with the realities of the world than detached western leaders pushing woke agendas and globalist pseudo-fascism. I tend to favor Ukraine simply because Russia is the aggressor, but this ultimately isn't a fight I care about, and the propaganda being thrown around over this war is truly wild. The only people to sympathize with are the ones caught in the middle to be used as pawns by self-righteous overlords, just like every other stupid war in history.
Zelenskyy and Putin are basically the same type of person, the only difference is Russia is a much bigger country and has nukes. If their positions flipped, Zelenskyy would be invading Ukraine to "topple the unacceptable regime" just as well and Putin would be the one collaborating with the rest of Europe, because the reality is this was always about controlling eastern Ukraine's energy resources as the world approaches a self-inflicted energy crisis.
It's not about taking any countries side it's about the people of Ukraine
Zelensky went to war but at what cost?
Believing US and Europe are coming to it's rescue, that goodam comedian didn't knew world doesn't work that way. Now look at people of Ukraine struggling, look at their economy, look at the crude oil prices rocketing and what not , all to join on a union's side , was it really worth all this?
... what was the alternative to Russia invading?
@Ironic_Method resolving issues regarding NATO with Russia before things got out of hand
If I'm an amateur boxer i wouldn't challenge the great Ali for a fight would I?
... that's a terrible analogy.
What got out of hand exactly? Other than Russia deciding to invade the Ukraine? It's also weird that you think NATO would resolve anything.
@Ironic_Method Mate you got to know more about the subject to comment on it. Get some insights
I don't believe in taking sides unless I have full information
I really think the countries have to work out their problems
The whole incident is too narrative based, somewhat
like " Saddam has WMDs " this becomes a soundbyte
We have enough problem on our plate in the US
I like this answer.
That flag offends me. Please do not display it again

Ukraine, but it’s not really any of my business, and hope the US continues to just send weapons and gear instead of troops. It sucks what’s going on, but I still believe it’s a Ukrainian problem for Ukrainians to solve. I’ll still laugh along with the Ukrainians screwing with the russian troops that are bogged down though and shame them.
The war had really opened my eyes though, I thought the Russian Separatists would have been well equipped and trained by the Federation, but I’ve seen combat videos from the Donbas area for the past few years and saw that they were still using equipment from WWII and the Cold War and their tactics were so shit that noob gamers and airsofters could have beat them.
Russia, I'd side with the devil himself against the pathetic, effeminate, liberal West if I had to.
I like how you spelled Caligula the proper Classical Latin way.
The west has become degenerate. It’s puke inducing. A stench in the nostrils of God.
Maybe I’ll switch sides to Russia after reading this.
No one should be pro-Russia in the current conflict. I am pro Ukraine only in the sense that they should be a soverign state. Being a victim of a dictator does not absolve them of their corruption, hypocrisy, human rights abuses and other shady things they do.
America has the same problems in different ways. Besides to be fair ukraines not completely innocent in starting this war.
Putin's living in the past he thinks the Communists still exist and he wants to create havoc for those of us that like to live a peaceful life. Like the Ukrainian people. What did Ukraine do to deserve what Putin's doing to them. I should say what did the Free world do that Putin's after revenge.
I think picking a side is foolish as it just narrows your vision of the whole situation. Both "sides" have their ups and downs, their own interests, background, tactics and I think it's important to keep that in mind instead of picking a side. There are propaganda and lies on both sides. Besides, what do you get out of picking a side?
Neither. I only know bits and pieces that led to this conflict and I don't care enough for either of them, much less know what sources and media is being pushed out.
Let them duke it out and finish it themselves.

That’s actually hilarious!
My ''country'' is surrounded by my garden wall.
Outside are: others.
I don't need to pick a ''side''.
Neither one of them. Because it isn't out fight and us trying to police the world is the reason why 9/11 happened.
Neither, both have corrupt governments guilt of war crimes. It's a terrible how anyone who doesn't support the corrupt Ukrainian government is automatically labeled a Russia supporting, Putin lover, you even clearly you hate Russia and what they are doing, but your still labeled. Not supporting one side doesn't automatically mean you support the other side, it's possible to not support both sides, but people are to brainwashed to comprehend that's even possible.
I don't like either of them, and I wish the U. S and Europe would stay out of it.
Well Russia are the aggressors and I'm against people are like that. I don't have all of the information though.
@Wubs3000 Lol yes
Ukraine. Although no one's ever explained to me why Russia has a "valid side" to it. Or why people support Russia.
I would like to know as well. Russia is fighting an unjustified war of aggression to expand.
Russia is much bigger and clearly the aggressor, so I'm with Ukraine. They could have worked out a peaceful deal long before this war started.
Well, on the side of the ordinary people of Ukraine, not their corrupt government or the corrupt Russian government.
You Left wingers are still going on about that i done forgot all about the Ukrainian war.
You left wingers must be obsessed with Vladimir Putin.
Ukraine. It’s entertaining to see farmers with pitchforks stalling a supposed world power.
@Exterminatore. There is definitely some comedic value. I trained to kill Russians in the 90's, but never got to do it. At least I get to see the once mighty Russians cut to size.
Agreed.
Only literal psychopaths side with Russia at this point.
Neither. They're both corrupt. Both dictatorships. And deserve each other.
I am for Ukraine, but after the worst criminals in the U. S. (Pelosi, Schumer, et al) toured Ukraine and sent billions over, I am deeply suspicious.
And besides, fuck Russian Orcs.
I’m on neither side, because neither are on my side either.
Ukraine, if they are just defending themselves, although I’m Russian.
Ukraine, even though I am fully against their historical policies.
@Jamie05rhs Their national hero is Bandera who during World War 2 was collaborating with Germany and his pawns killed sth like 100 000 Polish people on Wołyń.
@Jamie05rhs I kinda understand them. Ukraine has a very short history and few people who could be labeled "national heroes" so they chose Bandera.
But since the war escalated, relations between our countries became much better and there are some efforts to soften this case
Typically the aggressors are seen in a negative light.
Ukraine lost all moral authority to govern.
I support the Russian Federation’s ideals
I am irish we are neutral. We take in refugees, lots of them.
Russia. Putin is great.
Neither of them
Neither.
Where is the option "None"?
Neither option. I am on the "NOT Russia" side!
What happened to more animate flags?
I'm on team Ukraine.
Not the Obsidian Order.
Fuck them both.
