Why do people feel entitled to comment negatively on skinny women’s bodies?

Shouldn’t “body positivity” be applicable to ALL body sizes? I’m a skinny woman with small boobs and bum, and especially other women I know are always nitpicking on my body. When I say their comments hurt, they say I’m being too sensitive and they feel they are entitled to comment on my looks in a negative way. But they know fully well that if I commented on their bodies like that they would scream “body positivity” and say I’m a bully.

Why is nitpicking on someone’s body only allowed to be considered offensive when it’s aimed towards larger women? When skinny women can have the same amount of insecurities too?
