Yup, any legistlation that inhibits freedom of speech is bad.

Also there are only 2 genders, regardless of rare occasions where they fuse together in whatever varied form. The only other gender pronoun that would make sense to have, is a word for hermaphrodites. Because technically its a he and a she.

But unless you look under their clothes, knowing that they were both would be damn near impossible anyway, so it's not a practical enough word to bother with. There are also sitiations where a man or woman looks or sounds so ambigous, that you can't tell which they are while clothed. So pronouns in general are sometimes rendered pointless.

If a person looks like a man or a woman, I'll use the appropriate pronoun based on my observation of their appearance. If they don't like it, I'll walk away and have nothing more to do with them. I don't humor wannabe trannies, nor do I want to associate with them.
