Usually, we always tend to see the positive things, when we meet a person, first, because most people wanna make a positive impression on you. Then after the initial impression wears off, you start to notice some of the less pleasant treats in their character

I observe them for who they really are...

stay in the moment, and enjoy the moment...

give them all the space and time so they feel comfortable to genuinely been themselves

unless we're talking about hiring people, in that case I will grill them till no end, I need to be able to trust them 90% because that's key for the job

I tend to see the positive first but a lot of the time im right about the type of person they are

I tend to be very analytical in person. I do look for positives first that way I can determine whether or not this new person is worth even getting know. But then I'm constantly piecing things together to paint as detailed a picture of that person's personality for myself.

I see whatever they give me. If they give bad first then it’ll likely get them exed out faster. If they show their good side first, I stick around long enough to see if thats their true colors
