How come some people cause unnecessary drama in the workplace?

I keep to myself and watch what I say on the job. Be nice to everyone even when they're rude to me. It's just business to me. Work, then go home.

They never had enough attention in childhood so they caused scenarios and got too much attention. When they get older they can’t get why people don’t pay attention to them all the time. If you’re someone these people are hyper fixated on they go on tirades and smear campaigns to make everyone else feel as miserable as they feel about themselves. There might also be some kind of personality disorder like narcissism or munchausens.

It's mostly women. They can't just relax and do their job, they have to be involved in all the drama and shit that doesn't matter. They did it right in the early 1900s keeping women on a leash at the workplace. Let them run rampant and watch the whole place turn upside down

The key word here is "some". There are "some" people who do just about anything you can imagine, plus a lot that you can't imagine.

I've worked at probably 50 companies of various types and never noticed women causing more drama than anyone else.

They need more work. I look at it like the old British warships where the entire crew was always kept busy. If they had time to sit around they’d cause trouble. I’d give them more work if they have time to cause drama
