I can't tell if you're trying to justify arresting someone for what amounts to free speech or not. Seriously if you are though, I feel sorry for you. The situation I posted about is exactly why we as a nation refuse to surrender our guns, we refuse to have our freedoms stripped from us, and in armed uprising the government loses.. It's the only way we can keep the government at least somewhat in check. The people should not fear its government, the government should fear its people. The only good government is one in which it is afraid of its people.
