I would think they're different types of missiles

besides that, it would depend on what would you see as the parameter for being best or better... at what?

Tomahawks are very well known weapons, and already integrated onto the systems of several armies so it is reliable, efficient, versatile and that's of course, really good

the BrahMos is still a novelty with no proven capabilities, it's still a promise that looks good on paper that has not been properly tested nor actually tried in actual combat

but yes, it is about perspective

@nathandavis I Agree with you but Probably this Brahmos Missile had stopped China from becoming more aggressive when in June 2020 some Indian and Chinese solders were got killed in a clash in high Himalayan Region

I would not be worried about China being a problem... to India

if China starts a problem with Inda... Russia and the US will take advantage of it, so... no

China might be "big" but they could never face multiple front of conflict, so they would never risk to that

Yes but its obsolete. The Tomahawk is 40 years old and out of date but the US has huge stockpiles of them, the Tomahawk can be updated to fly at mach 3.5 but the US may opt to keep the existing Tomahawks as they are and just use them up in large barrages. For every Brahmos missle India has the US has 200 Tomahawks and the US is replacing the Tomahawk with hypersonic missiles because cruise missiles are obsolete. The US already has hypersonic missiles in service.
