Nothing needs to change to "allow" Trump to run for president.
That's why the Dems are still trying to set him up in order to keep him from running.
It's the only way, the desperation is pathetic and obvious.
The midterm elections will go to the Republicans barring more rigged elections, but that's harder to do at the local level. Dems are about twice as far behind now as the Republicans were when the Dems got the Congress.
Yea, he's coming back. Or if they have a successful witch hunt this time and find a way to keep him from getting the Republican nomination, civìl unrest is highly likely. And let's remember who backs and partakes in the #2A.
