I think MN, following the President's pattern, is exceptionally flawed! Hiring ANYONE... for ANY position... based on their skin color specifically, is stupid. If that school board pulls that stunt, there WILL be lawsuits. You cannot fire someone on the basis of race. It works both ways for blacks and whites (and every other race under the sun). How that teacher's union came to the agreement this would somehow be legal is unreal. Add to the fact the union is purposely NOT representing white teachers equally and standing up for THEIR right to be employed!

A couple of things. Eventually they are going to reach, if they have not already reached, the point where white teachers are under represented. The policy will then backfire. If I was a teacher there, I would long since have left when this policy began to be taken seriously and negotiations. There is a national teacher shortage and plenty of places pay better and aren’t racist. Also, this policy runs afoul of several federal titles, which expose the districts that embrace this policy to punitive damages as well as statutory damages. Before the ink is dry on my termination paperwork, I would already have my lawyer filing against the district. I would not except a settlement, because I would want to ensure that there is humiliation and precedent on the books.

Probably just a cover story so they can get rid of any conservative white teachers. They already flushed any minority conservatives. No way will they be canning any teachers who promote woke ideology.
