Why did Hitler have female poison testers?

He didn't.

So called "poison testers" (even today) are largely a placebo. Any poison is going to take a day or two to kill if being ingested in small amounts that would be in food. So a poison tester isn't going to taste anything different from any one else.

Yeah he had poison testers. can't remember where I read it but he was building a secret village in a Polish forest. He lived in a bunker there, i think there were 100 women living there. 2 or 3 were his poison testers

But considering how he treated his generals, military, and pretty much everyone around him, the idea of misogyny starts to make very little sense. You could say he was---in his own sick way---"traditional" with gender roles during war times.

He sacrificed men in near-hopeless battle fields while women were tossed to serve the führer in sacrificial roles more fitting for them. I imagine the women "drafted" were those that didn't already have children. Not much is known or documented about these women, individually.
