I feel like people like this whether they be men or women really don’t understand the violence or the trauma of rape. Maybe they should be forced to watch some of those videos of children being raped in child pornography investigations or even video footage that surveillance cameras catch of women being sexually assaulted, sadly footage does exist. Maybe then they’ll get it then? The girls or women that might end up pregnant from this might not want to go to their weekly ultrasound appointments or go through hours of labor at the end. I have to laugh at someone donwvoting my comment. What the idea of forcing someone to watch a violent rape is too disturbing for you? Well, is that more disturbing than forcing a young girl a child sometimes or women to be pregnant and give birth after being forced to have intercourse that created the embryo in the first place? Which scenario is more of a violation here? Think about that.

Well, that's what makes it almost impossible to fight, because they have that belief, that there is a soul from conception, but my comment was more specific to the Dixon lady saying having a baby could be a "healing" experience. I don't think some of them really understand the traume of rape. If they want to force girls or women to be pregnant from rape, fine, but then don't sugar coat it, recognize it for the trauma that it could cause. Perhaps I'm more sensitive about it because I know a woman who was pregnant from a rape, chose to be pregnant, gave birth and raised her child. They had a great relationship, but she choose that, and she herself is still prochoice, as is her daughter who is now grown, though this woman still carries around the trauma being raped and having a child conceived from that rape.

Exactly, also if all these girls and women are forced to give birth to these rapist babies can we guarantee the rapists will have their parental righs revoked, some states require a conviction, and we all know how overburdend police departments and prosecutors offices can be, some cases never go to trial, so a conviction might not happen.
