What's with the GOP attacking women for not having biological children?

Marjorie Taylor Greene noted the head of the largest teacher's union was not a "biological mother," when she was questioning her in a house committe. The union leader has adopted children.

JDVance said "“It’s just a basic fact — you look at Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, AOC [Alexandria Ocasio Cortez] — the entire future of the Democrats is controlled by people without children,"

Buttigieg has adopted children, and Harris is a step-mom.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders took aim at Kamala Harris for not having biological children to keep her humble.

If pro-life people say "adption, not abortion," shouldn't they be more appreciative of adoptive mothers and step-mothers? Shouldn't they not think less of them? Why does the party of "family values" dismiss the role of step-parents and adoptive parents?

No, biological mothers are superior to adoptive mothers & step-mothers
Yes, we should value mothers who adopt children or help raise children that are not their biological offspring.
