I think it means the dems, once again, are covering their racism by buying them off. It started as how "horrific" and "dangerous" it was to have all the illegals bussed to their cities, to let's give them free shit so we no longer look racist. Of course it isn't their money. The funny thing is, it's only a few hundered. That's what they were crying about. It took a few hundered to have the media cover it as a fucking crisis, while they still ignore the southern border and why they're here to begin with.
