I'd say that makes you pro-choice. I call abortion murder. Because you are making the conscious choice to end a LIFE (typically to cover up YOUR MISTAKE). I hate abortion as well. But I know young people do stupid things. And unplanned pregnancies are unfortunately a reality. But while as a Christian I feel it's my duty to defend the sanctity of life. Just as a compassionate human being I hate the thought of a life coming into this world with no one to love it. My main issue with abortion is SOCIETY. I don't think abortion is the problem so much as the Blaise attitude in which it's treated with today. Ask most women on this site and they'll tell you IT'S THIER RIGHT to get an abortion. F*** the life that they've selfishly created. Abortion should treated as an unthinkable choice. It should be treated as a last resort. Personally I think women should be allowed to have an abortion. And then if it happens again I think that woman should be sterilized so they can never make that mistake again.
Your question is EXACTLY why abortion is such a hot-button issue. Almost everyone I know is morally Pro-life but politically Pro-Choice. They find abortion repugnant but also feel the Government needs to keep its paws out of our lives. The debate illustrates the continuing moral decay of our Country.
You are prochoice, you personally would never have an abortion but you recognize that is a personal decision you get to make and don't have the right to force that on anyone else.
Pro choice means that you support a person's right to chose.
I feel the exact same as you. I don't think I could do it myself but at the same time I would never judge anyone who has and I don't want that right being taken away from us
Thusly, the man doesn't want it. No Child Support. Plain and simple.
@schittywok does that mean he also doesn't get to visit the child too then?

A lot of people are against abortion, but don't think that they should choose for others. Most of the US is agaisnt abortion, but also doesn't think they have the right to choose for others, because that means that others have the right to choose for them. Let's say that we can't choose whether or not to have an abortion, state government decides. Let's say that the small number of proabortion people take control of a state government. They pass a law that unless certain circumstances are met, you have to have an abortion? Based on the most recent SCOTUS decision, that's legal. If states can make their own rules regarding abortion, they can make it required in certain instances regardless of one's wishes.
A person has the right to have a choice. Who am I to tell her if it's right or wrong. I have my beliefs you have yours. Do not force your opinions on me as the same I should not force my opinions on you. Thus you have right to choose.
I haven’t forced my opinion on you :)
No you have not.
That makes you pro-choice, you don't want to take the rights of the other people
Thanks. I’m getting confused because people are telling me different things so I guessed with a poll I can average out the response
If you're pro-life, that means you're totally against abortions and you would like them to be banned
Oh no, I hate them and don’t agree they should happen but it’s not my body to decide
I understood what you're saying, yes you would not have one but you don't want to take the rights of other people
Yes basically
i'm not giving you a vote. if you hate abortion you can't possibly support letting people choose. that's like saying you hate murder or theft- but you support serial killers and burglars pursuing their dreams of death and ill-gotten gains.
you either believe a fetus is a person with a right to live or you don't.
Not necessarily because for me I dont support in myself having an abortion but if it was a women coming up to me asking for help and wants an abortion I will support her to the very end. Just because she doesn’t support it for herself doesn’t mean she doesn’t believe others shouldn’t have them
At the end of the day you can support people that are doing things you would never think of doing
Your prolife but you're intelligent enough to understand that you can't force you way of life on the whole world. Thank you for being amazing
Thank you :)
Pretty much everyone is pro life. That's what makes the Pro Life movement so dishonest.
Dude... pro choice means you support a persons right to chose regardless of what you personally would do. She said "I think people deserve to choose." That is quite literally what pro choice is...
@Aquariusmystery Your welcome
@Subarugirl Why are you wasting your time responding I think most of the dudes here just want attention cause they have to know what there saying sounds crazy asf. First I don't believe men should even get a vote because at the end of the day the woman is going through it no matter how me we say we're a team we're going through it together the woman is doing all of the heavy lifting. Your body your rules nobody should be able to tell you what you can do with your body especially not the government cause they don't know you or your situation
The Man then can say fuck Child Support. Quid pro quo bitches.
Damn you sound angry bro just wear a condom problem solved
Far from it bro I just believe that men have choices if you don't want kids and you don't want to be on child support then wrap it up. If you have unprotected sex the it's a possibility your gonna make a baby. Real Talk!!!
@Bklynbadboy12 Why be so contradictory? I'm not fucking retarded. I wrap it up. If I so ever choose that I don't give a flying fuck? I have responsibilities. I need to pay for my deeds. But you want to take that choice in to women's hands. Fine. I will fuck willy nilly, and when you want a Judge to give you MY MONEY, expect it not to just magically appear, where as I or anyone else will tell you, I have the equal right to not pay one red cent. My jizz, my choice!!!
@schittywok If you take precautions then why are we even having this conversation. I'm talking to the guys that want to go raw dawg but dont want to have any kids.
We have to point out the Libtardedness. If you ain't into that, I don't give a damn!
I feel the same way about it that you do but I also think it is between the parents (both of them) and the doctor. I consider myself pro choice.
So, then the thing that must be asked again and asked again and asked again and asked again. The woman wants the child. The man does not. They do not want to marry, are married, and want divorce, are separated, whatever... The man simply can never meet the preggo or mother in a Court of Law in front of a Judge, simply because he "doesn't want it." He has his right to not financially support something he wanted offed and she did not. No idiot out there has an answer for this bull shit. And the opposite side? He wants it, she does not. He's 50/50 in this shit. DNA says so. He should be able to force her to have it. But it's all about "bodily autonomy and women's reproductive rights!" So, the ever revolving door is, when the woman wants to keep it, the man never ever should be expected to pay one fucking dime to support it.
So, we cancel all Judgments?
No such thing as Men having to pay Child Support?
Or vice a versa. Sometimes the women wear the pants. I man can't expect payments from the WhAmen?
*Men can't expect payments from the WHAmen?
But the WHamen complain about a generic 30% less payments in general upon a standard Payment. It's a lame excuse. They want Democrat votes. There is no explanation. They include the $128k average for a Whamens NBA league? Where the soccer world wants equal pay? The Men make it happen. The wHamens leagues could not exist for no other reason than charity. Their leagues lose money. But the Men donate in a world where Women sports couldn't exist. It's sickening. They don't see it. When the World Champions WNBA have less people showing up than Biden supporters, hell, The PEOPLE that show up to give Biden the Finger is greater than Women's Leagues. We should at least ban men that want to compete against them.
However, no body, absolutely no body. Will question the greatest Town Ball baseball league that ever eixsted. 1919 World Series stars like Shoeless and them. They got banned from MLB. Then they created a life in Minnesota Townball. Bud fucking Grant, the almighty Coach of the Vikings made more money playing Stillwater townball baseball than he ever made money playing for the Minneapolis Lakers.
i think it shouldn't be a "free choice". there should be exceptions but not like go buy an abortion like the polan b pill. after all, you're ending a humans life.
Pro choice. You choose to never have one and support others making their own choices
If you’re making a cake. Put the cake in the oven you’re waiting for it to be done. I come by take cake out and smash it all over the floor.
You flip out in anger.
I say its not a cake yet.
Pro choice, pro choice isn’t necessarily pro abortion it’s pro choice
Then get on the bandwagon of Child Support being nullified.
Pro-choice. Although you would never get an abortion yourself, you also would never seek to deny others of that procedure should they need it.
I consider that pro choice
That makes you a conservative I wholeheartedly respect.
I would say I’m liberal but I’m just strict with my personal morals
I see! That's good
You're asking if thinking that women should have the right to CHOOSE, makes you pro-CHOICE or not? I'm sorry, but what exactly is your confusion?
So you hate murder and would never kill anyone but won't object to other people killing other people without their consent.
I copied your opinion bro lol
Only a Joe Biden or a Hillary Clinton would vote pro life
Don’t you mean a Donald trump?
Nope.
Re-read the Q
Sure, as long as the unborn child gets a choice.
I would never rape anyone, but I feel that it's a person's choice, and in no way affects me... yea, you see how asinine that sounds?
Not the same thing
Sure, it's called an analogy.
No two things are the same thing, but we use analogy to articulate coherent principles in order to form a foundational ethic/ morality.
Ultimately, we have a say in what we want to tolerate, promote, and prohibit in our society. If you don't have the (metaphorical) balls to advocate what you think is right in society then you should keep your opinion to yourself- it's simply trying to ride the fence.
No, your analogy doesn’t even make sense in the context. But there’s always one person who tries to troll, so I should’ve expected you
That is not even remotely the same thing... a more accurate analogy would be to compare donating bone marrow, blood or part of your liver...
@Subarugirl There's no moral issue with donating tissue...
@JamesDiaz11 there is if you are being forced to do it against your will and without your consent... organs can't even be harvested from the deceased without prior written consent.
@Subarugirl The argument I was critiquing was I would never do X (presumably because they find it morally repulsive), but I think it's fine if other people do it."
There is no moral issue with donating tissue, as long as the donor is consenting. The recipient is happy, the donor is happy, and society is happy. Killing an unborn kid raises eyebrows...
Denying access to the use your bodily organs is not the same as killing someone.
@Subarugirl You're not making an argument, you're just confusing everyone.
I suppose it may confusing to those who do not understand how pregnancy works.
It means you don't have a staunch opinion about it.
So you hate murder and would never kill anyone but won't object to other people killing other people without their consent
You're most definitely pro choice.
I think you definitely should have abortions.
you're pro choice
It makes you sane.
You have to ask? Really?
Yes I do
you are pro chofe/lice
accid hit pro life but obvi you believe in choice.
You’re pro-abortion.
By definition she is pro choice, she wouldn't chose to have one, but she recognizes that she doesn't have the right to take away a person's bodily autonomy.
At least she isn't pro forced birth, which would be a violation of human rights.
@Subarugirl Pro-abortion. Let’s call it what it is and cut the crap with the euphemisms.
I’m all for aborting babies since I hate most people, but let’s call it what it is. 😊
I personally won't have an abortion but I support the right for people to make that choice themselves. I am pro choice, not pro abortion, there is a huge difference.
@Subarugirl Keep telling yourself that lol. They both mean the same thing but one makes you feel better about yourself when you say it. 😂
Actually no, they don't meant the same thing. If you look at the definition of pro abortion and pro choice that you will see that they are two different things.
@Subarugirl Shit, aren't you the one who says you are Libertarian? Also says America is not the greatest country in the world, yet you don't name which country is? You are the definition of a retard. You are a Liberal. It's plain and simple.
@schittywok yes I am libertarian, do you know what that means?
best at what? I’ll give you a list. The only things that America ranks first in is incarcerated persons per capita, military spending and adults who believe angels are real….
If you want to talk about personal freedoms, Switzerland ranks first.
Safest, Iceland.
Smartest, Singapore.
Wealthiest, Luxembourg.
Quality of life, Finland.
Pro abortion.
Interesting
