Yea, a girl I was messing around with years back got upset when I ghosted her; so, she told her dad that I ran into her downtown, drunk, on a Tuesday evening, pressed her against the wall, said she "was my property," and bit her lip. Her dad was a cop by the way. I was questioned by cops that week, and arrested a week later- spent the weekend in jail, and half-a-year fighting the case, which cost me thousands of dollars (including the cost of a polygraph, that I got and paid for of my own accord) before charges were finally dropped.

There were no witnesses, despite there being a city-wide event all week- the cameras pointing at the area she said the altercation occurred didn't see anything even after being reviewed by cops. I had three eye-witness testimonies saying I wasn't even in town, a polygraph test I passed, a good lawyer, and it still took me this long.

She also never showed up to any of the hearings, and the prosecuting office couldn't get a hold of her after the initial complaint.

I've been arrested 4 times and spent a few hours each time in a jail cell. But I've never been sentenced to jail or gone to prison.

Once for smoking weed at a concert in the mid 70s.

Once for DUI in 2009. Never before, never again. I rarely drink, and know enough never to drive drunk. I just did something really stupid that time by trying to drive home from a special celebration. The fact that I tried to drive proves that my judgement was impaired.

Once for a (nonviolent) stunt that some friends and I pulled when we were in high school that I don't want to talk about. It has been expunged from my record.

Once for smoking weed in my car with friends while parked at a park. The funny thing about that one is, one of the guy's father was a Los Angeles police captain. When he heard that we had been arrested along with his son, he made it all go away. We were never charged.

No, although I have broken the law in the past. Specifically, I used to have sex with escorts from late 2018 to late 2019, a total of 5 times.

I regret having met up with escorts because even though I didn't do anything besides pay them and have consensual sex with them, it's still very wrong of me to waste my virginity and take advantage of whatever situation led them to that line of work, if you can call it that.

Luckily, nobody went after me for the whole meeting up with escorts nonsense I had going on but I deeply regret making those decisions😔

I tell you what Jill ain't all that bad once you get used to it but if I had my choice I'd rather be in prison and be in jail but if you want to know what it's like for real I can put a cell in the basement somewhere and I can lock you in there for about 3 years and when you get out in 3 years you can tell me how it felt

Yes, many times. I was on the parole board at a local prison so had cause to visit many times.

Experiencing the smells and clanking doors, seeing the toilets with doors that barely covered the navel to mid thigh, the lack of privacy that inmates suffered. Why did so many keep re-offending? Incarceration doesn't look fun.

Tour a state prison instead. It's the real deal. I toured Pontiac State Prison in Illinois while in college. Quite the eye opening experience.

If I remember correctly we visited a prison as a school class project. Or maybe it was only the courtroom with court proceedings and they told us there about the prison system.

I had to think about this for a second. It went something like this. You were: arrested, transported to jail where you were put in holding. Then you bonded out VERY fast, or charges were dropped and you were released.
