I agree with people can pay child support but I don't agree with judge put people in jail cuz they don't pay child support? That bs. Why don't they help them free housings like they do with women with children but only benfits women not men it not fair

I know plenty of men being homeless cuz of child support law issues. They pay more than his rents barely cover bills

Because why would we give the chance of a possible absent father to not even take responsibility for what he had produced? Why not point blame at the absent fathers that never wanted to take responsibility?

They should get some protection if they don't want children but I don't like about child support laws if they don't pay child support and go to jail due to losing a job or barely cover bills

WTF? You realize a child could have both a father and mother at home and still have an abysmal childhood and life? Hell, sometimes it’s BETTER for the kid to not have some abusive parent around than one who simply is absent. And you don’t think children should have to deal with the decisions their parents make? What? That’s literally the basis for family. Children having to live with the consequences from the choices and decisions, good and bad, their parents made.

It’s never fair when it comes to that, did you also know they suspend your license if you can’t pay? How can you drive to work or if you’re in jail pay for it? They also go by your gross pay not your net pay when they do the percentage to take out, so it ends up being more actually

If women alone get to decide whether or not to keep a child or have an abortion, then men should get to decide whether or not they pay to support that child. That's only fair. Too many men getting screwed by the system.
