Should fathers who are denied visitation rights be required to pay child support?

Before everyone gets toxic (a lot going around unfortunately), I'm not referring to fathers who where denied visitation rights because they were physically/sexuality abusive. There are many fathers who are on the receiving end of vindictive mother's who uses her children as political pawns to hurt/get at her ex, not allowing the to see his children are one of the vindictive tools used. It's my opinion, if the father is making an effort to be a good father and be in his children's lives, but the mother is being vindictive, then he shouldn't be forced to pay child support until the mother stops being vindictive.

Are these court denied visits? As they usually have to be proven to be passed legally.. or is it a horrible father and the mother is protecting the children? Which is my thoughts as only that type would question child support.
Last would be a horrible mother. But then the father still would not question supporting their child. Given how this was asked it's one or two in my opinion.

Actually there are both court denied and mother denied visits. If you re read the question, I wasn't referring to fathers who were denied visitation rights due to the father being physically and sexually abusive. There are many good fathers trying to do good, but have to deal with vindictive mother's using kids as political pawns and broken family court system that is biased towards women. Watched a video a few years back of a young woman detailing how she went from hating her father to hating her mother, her mother was vindictive and manipulated her into believing her father was an evil person who wanted nothing to do with her.

Yes. Fathers should be required to pay child support for their own child, period. This is not complicated.

That's not always the case, it's not uncommon for vindictive mother's to make false aligations and the courts to believe her without evidence, also not uncommon for vindictive mother's themselves to deny visitation rights when the courts grant the father visitation rights. A vindictive mother making false aligations to hurt the children's father is no different than false rape alligations

When I get the letter in the mail I flip, and go to my lawyer, who immediately files with the court for an emergency on the subject, during with my ex admits that filling out the paperwork was a lie (fraud) and the judge does nothing.

Then when the situation about the custody is brought up, the judge just says, "well, I was probably going to give her custody anyway."

It's as if he's stuck in the 1950s where a majority of the workforce was men. 2025, the workforce is split evenly among men and women so both should be financially supporting the children. And 50/50 custody is important to the children's mental health.

@DrPepper12 your system only makes sense under a traditional relationship where the dad works and the mom stays home

women aren't staying home anymore and choosing to work so they should pay 50/50 instead of getting all the child support and full child custody

Child support and visitation are two separate totally unrelated things I was told by a judge. Child support is not a pay to see your child thing. You will pay no matter what
