Would a man have the rights not to give child support if he is not the father of the child?

It looks like paternity fraud is starting to be normalized nowadays. France banning DNA tests and when a man dares to ask for paternity to make sure he's the father, for sure a woman will call him as insecure/sexist, such that they always get away with defrauding a man of his life, time, and money by claiming he's the father but after years of finding out he isn't and he just wants all the money he gave reimbursed, the man at the end of the day will still look like the villain.

Ladies, why is it that you think a man is misogynist for not wanting to pay child support for a kid that is not his? Why do you also consider us as "woman haters" by setting boundaries?
