Should single moms be able to make any able man liable for Child Support?

There have been a number of cases in the last five years where desparate single moms charge any man or neighbor child support who she had no relations with?

The courts are starting to allow in the best interest of the children that they have any father figure.

Firstly , having no father present is a devastating outcome for any child , and often belittled by a certain group of single mothers , a child needs a mother and father , and if one or the other cannot be present a role model that represents.
Now , for these women " falsifying " fathers , and requesting child support , this action must STOP , and must stop now ! Every man , just be allowed paternity tests as part of any nomination , that he is the father , always request a paternity test , never accept what these women say as fact. If they lie , its a criminal action it should carry a mandatory 6 month jail sentence.
This stuff has been happening all over the world , and actions have been far too soft on these dishonest women , they must be charged.
On the contrary side of the debate , if another man ( not the father ) wishes to assist raising the Child , thats fine , up to him. But spitting out a child , must not be seen as some money making exercise , either via government , or some poor ( sucker ) individual , lives have been destroyed by some of these actions , some over MANY years , and its time for men to stand up and say " SORRY , NOT GOOD ENOUGH " .

I think single women should be able to charge the father that conceived the child for child support. If it´s clear you´re the father and you´re still alive you should be made to pay and spend time with the child because it´s your responsibility.
