Of course it's illegal. But for some reason laws don't apply to democrats when it comes to discrimination based on race and sex. Imagine if a republican said that he/she will be funding white-only businesses. Those businesses will be burned down by rioters.

You’re not wrong… Maybe republicans should be funding all of the mixed race business owners that include white in their ancestry/nationality. I know the republicans wouldn’t discriminate based on gender. They’d fund both men and women and not just women.

this is the problem with a printing press and unlimited money and full power... government is absolutely corrupt. It isn't about whom is better, it's about righting wrongs. Basically, they could waste $ and they don't care... they just hand out more. Want some massive inflation... oh yea, already got it in spades. So was trump handing out $ to primarily black universities ($12 billion or more proposed) and most any president. Power is corrupting. The root issue is the Fed and 1913 act.

But Biden Admin takes it to a new level because it's filled with people who think like this.

The reason so many gas stations are owned by indians are they know and take advantage of these government programs.

Just like scholarship they have partial scholarships for school for things as minor as being left handed can get a very small scholarship.

When you get to the facts, it just means the funds are going to universities and programs that are "diverse".

Which in reality doesn't mean anything, as pretty much every establishment has a PoC, woman or gay in it.

So it makes a good soundbite, but in reality is just manager speak for "we are only helping certain institutions"
