Do you have to pay property taxes on a cemetery plot?

I was taking a leisurely stroll through the cemetery and noticed there's some pretty fancy tiny houses. Just because a house is tiny doesn't mean it can't be fancy. I would like to build a tiny house, about 6 ft x 3 ft. But would they make me pay property taxes?
