They better be able to take the heat & not just be able to dish it out.
I don't handle bullies well & I will put you right in your place.
I hate how bullies start crying because someone turned it around on them. I'm nice until I'm not & I'm not afraid to be queen bitch.
Had a coworker who was a bully, I got in his face & he ran right for the manager. The manager told me that next time I had a problem, just go to him & he will write up my coworker, I told him I was a big girl & if he couldn't handle being told to go fuck himself, that he should shut the fuck up. I didn't have any problems with my coworker after that.

I ignore them and try to get away. Like my situation at work, they think are in the clear so trying to befriend me which is infuriating. They think I’m so fuking stupid, I said to my friend at work the managers who have been saying shit about me can fuck off as they have been trying to talk to me during lunch, breaks before and after work. Why would I want to speak to heinous people. They heard because one of them always tries to injection herself into conversations that don’t apply to her. She turned my end of year where she was supposed to be observing from 30 mins to 90. She has goats disease, always butting in.

lol beat them up. My grandfather was a boxer in the Navy. So he started teaching me how to box when I was in grade school. So I got into many fights while in school. Simply because when someone tried to bully myself or others they got one warning. After that I was ready to fight. Heck to this day that is my policy. Because adults can still bully people. Because they didn't get beat up for doing it growing up. So if you want to stop someone from bullying others, give them a black eye and a fat lip.

I fought them. That solved the problem for me growing up. It normally was them wanting to see how much they could get away with in terms of torment and any outside interference via friends or adults was only an amplifying offense in that regard.

Usually a couple hard punches to the face got the message through.

I never had a bully for long.

I always been the super protected friend in the friend group.

So usually the moment my group found out that bully was apologizing for what they did, and avoided me from that day forward.

But tbh it was rare i had any issues.

I've only had one bully, always giving me shit at the bar or if I'd run into them at other places. I ended up sleeping with her and dated her for almost 3yrs.

Ignore them. My bullies are primarily at work, so I avoid interacting with them as much as possible, and only speak to them when it's necessary, or work related.

Life is much easier and happier when you keep bullies out of your life.

Get back up. Criminals and bullies will always go the route of least resistance. If you stop being their bitch, even if you get beat up, they’ll move on.

Of course we all dream of beating up the bully but sometimes its not in the cards.
