People seem to think that I am biased or unfair towards women here, but I very strongly believe in women’s rights. Arguably the people who refuse to take a stand on this issue do not.

The biggest problem i have on this and stated many times before is.

How much do all the people arguing about this actually care.

Because it's really been too much of an argument based off of someone's bias on both sides.

Yet as always nobody ever goes how do the female athletes feel about this?

We are the ones impacted by this.

People with 0 interest in this make the rulings and decisions without consulting us.

Allow us to have some say as to it, instead we are forced to play against them without caring about us.

Having learned from mistakes asking similar questions previously I have this time included a speaker who is a female athlete. Also, as the father of two girls who might one day play sports I am at least somewhat interested until I find out whether my interest level needs to increase if one or both of my children get involved more heavily. Just on principle however it is interesting to me because if good sportsmanship and fair play have really lost all meaning then why would anybody play sports? It just doesn’t seem fair to you and all the other women in sports to have to play against somebody who is basically juicing. The female athlete speaker in the video I posted it was unfairly denied a victory despite turning in the same time as the biological male she swam against. I would argue that that is ridiculous on the merits. But the event organizers said the quiet part out loud when they told her that for the optics, Leah Thomas was going to be seen holding the trophy. Hers would arrive in the mail in a few weeks. I just can’t understand why women’s rights activists don’t oppose this on principle whether they play sports or not. This is the real war on women.

Sports are supposed to be a meritocracy where whoever worked the hardest wins. I don’t see why we can’t creat an open division where trans athletes can compete on a level playing field. I don’t have a problem with trans athletes I have a problem with cheaters.

It just doesn’t seem fair to women who have worked really hard at their craft to lose scholarships and other affirmative action benefits designed to level the playing field. It’s not a political issue or at least it shouldn’t be, it’s a sportsmanship issue.

For the few women affected, it may seem like a major problem. However, it is like 1 in a thousand so currently that is not a significant problem. Therefore, it hardly matters unless the percentage of biological males competing exceeds 0.5% or greater than 1 in 200.

I guess it’s just interesting to see how principled the women’s movement actually is when a glaring disregard for women’s rights makes an appearance. Quite a few of the distractions that the elites are forcing us to argue about affects relatively few people, but those are still taken seriously. For example, the right of anyone to make this an issue in the first place affects very few people but careers are ending over disagreeing.

@Sixgunsound It is true that many people get hot and bothered over things that are extremely rare. For example, The Flag Desecration Amendment (often referred to as the Flag-Burning Amendment) is a proposed addition to the Constitution of the United States that would allow the U. S. Congress to prohibit by statute and provide punishment for the physical "desecration" of the flag of the United States.

I don't know of anything less needed. When I Googled, the last public flag burning occurred January 20, 2021 in Denver, Colorado. It is silly that congress would even bother over a once a year event that harms no one.

But with how some states are gerrymandered to slant elections out of the voters favor, it's not going to help much. 70% of the nation is in favor of abortion rights yet Republicans are enacting bans against their wishes and are making it harder and harder to push back with votes and referendums.
