The rules "elected" politicians require courts to follow in regard to elections essentially requires the people who committed the fraud to plead guilty to it, and they must do so in such numbers as to effect the outcome of the election.

The bulk of the fraud committed however is simply disregarding election law in accepting ballots without signatures or from unauthorized and unaccounted for sources.

There is also no reason to believe there isn't enormous levels of fraud in many states that don't even have the most basic such rules to account for who cast a ballot.

A state I uses to live in would basically allow anyone to just walk in and cast a ballot in anyone else's name. They also had the unfortunate habit of accepting boxes of unaccounted for ballots.
Both acts may be allowed under the laws of the legislator but they also make fraud quite transparent and easy.

Boxes of ballots do not just get accepted from anyone who brings one in (they count them, you know), and for every 10 people voting in someone else's name, there would be 5 complaints that people have already voted in that name. No complaints, no serious fraud. While there will be mistakes made counting hundreds of millions of votes, if the numbers are far less than the margin of victory, they don't matter. And that's why they have re-counts.

What you want is the freedom for your side to cheat next time, because fascism is not really very popular with voters. Because they like being able to vote and have them count.

Most states delegate voting tasks to the country or local level, so its really up to them to do this work and in many if not most cases they don't either because they dont have the resources or they really want to.
Remember both them and the people deciding what resources to allocate are getting elected in those same "elections".

Unfortunately it only takes a few crookit counties to throw an election thou turning a blind eye to basic election security practices, the larger the counties the more fraudulent vote their oversight can facilitate.
