Its an act that makes it so the police won't respond if someone breaks into your home or chooses to camp out on your property, and eliminates cash bail for a ton of offenses.

I heard about it, It's going to suck for the average person who doesn't have the means to leave. Most people don't have that much defense beside the basics, a pistol and pepper spray, maybe some alarms around the house.
I think it's asinine. Want to make a purge law essentially, cool, don't complain when I shoot them.
So if someone invades my house, I'll take an aspirin, shoot them, and claim it was self-defense and a "drug-induced homicide".
The courts will have a field day with this.
