New law in my home state of Oklahoma passes a law protecting drivers who kill or injure protesters on the highway, it's about time, what do you think?

I fully support this, I think it should exist everywhere. It's a felony to block interstate traffic, and it should be enforced, but because fee fees get hurt they don't. Granting immunity to drivers is the next best thing.

It's fine with me, but it depends on the circumstances. I mean, you can't just go around colliding with protestors just because you don't agree with the reason they are protesting.
But, for example, if they are deliberately blocking traffic, they should have to make the decision to either get out of the way or get pushed out of the way. It's on them.
