I think ti is a good idea. Often people get a slap om the wrist. Maybe they lose their license but end up driving anyway. however most drunks are real bums without two dimes to rub together. Good luck collecting from them. I knew somebody who was hit by a drunk driver while he was out running. THe guy was just a bum and did not even have insurance. The guy was paralyzed from the waist down. He was just a young guy who just graduated from grad school and had recently got married.

I love it! Each month they make a payment it helps that child and causes them to remember their consequences to their actions!
