Medium, I guess? He strikes me as more “cool” than “strong” per se, and he probably was cooler 30-40 years ago than he is today lmao. He just looks old, so that’s really what hampers the outward expression of strength, but probably prevents the “slickster” look, on a positive note. His public speaking is halfway decent, but when he stammers or trips over words, he can look a little silly. But overall I find him alright, like if the shit jumped off between America and another country, I think he could navigate us through it, and wartime is definitely when I want someone “cool”, level-headed, measured, not necessarily “strong”, because I feel like most people are just artificially strong, it’s all bluster and bravado, and that ego-driven faux-strength is what gets you lit up, ultimately.

Biden was never a standout in the Senate. He quietly lined his own pockets and enriched his family. He has been in government for over 50 years and has not one single significant accomplishment and he has been wrong about every single foreign policy he backed.
