Furthermore, since she isn't a mental health professional, no one actually thinks she's giving a diagnosis (something that people might think someone who has the imprimatur of being a mental health professional is giving when they comment on the mental health of a person they have never met, much less treated).

Ninety+ percent of ALL actors and actresses have some mental health issue from ADHD, to flat out multiple personality disorders and everything in-between. That goes for most people who make their livelihood from records too. Nearly all of them take drugs and support an extremely unstable lifestyle. They make high-risk lifestyle choices (doing drugs and drinking, having unprotected sex with multiple partners, etc...), that are anything BUT an example to follow.

When she posts something, she's not making things up. She states the facts and at times explains her feelings, but states them as that too. She uses logical and critical thinking in her explanations. If she has a problem with anyone, they'd better come up with good reasons for doing, saying, posting what they did, or she WILL call them out on it. I've never known Candace to randomly just "pick" on anyone about anything. If she's saying something, it's because someone else acted, said, wrote, or otherwise made it a point to be heard.

Because you need a diagnosis from a doctor to be able to accurately claim that. Just as you do with another other condition, like cancer. You don’t go “Madonna has CANCER that needs to be addressed” and then go into about a mole on her neck that you think looks weird. So, we need to see proof that Madonna actually has been diagnosed by a doctor with a mental disorder, if Candace is to be trusted with that claim as factual.
Has Madonna's behavior indicated she's mentally unstable? Over the years, I'd say that's an absolute YES. Her statements, her behavior, her actions OUTSIDE the entertainment arena all tell me, she's not all there mentally. Specifically, her near constant inappropriate clothing and the way she dresses. Specifically, most of her language and statements about bombing the Whitehouse. Specifically, her clamoring for attention by using outlandish means.
All those actions and behavior all point to someone with mental health issues. I don't need to be a doctor to see that. You don't need to be a doctor to know that someone whose leg is pointing the wrong direction, needs medical help! The exact same thing is going on here with Candace Owens' statements about multiple Hollywood individuals. Even you admitted that Hollywood is a toxic environment. If you live in that environment for even a short time, don't you think the behaviors of people living there will display that same toxicity? It's not a far stretch to make that connection. And no, you don't need to be a doctor to know someone needs mental health attention. To make the determination as to what specific attention does require a doctor. But that's not what Candace has said.
