No, because therapists are pseudoscientific grifters.
There is evidence that talking about trauma makes it worse. A researcher interviewed former child soldiers in Africa, and the ones who had undergone Western therapy fared worse than the ones who had not. In that culture, they would rather just move on.
To summarize: Therapy is bullshit. If you look at the "science" behind it, it's so fucking weak. It's just semantic tricks. Therapy is a grift. Therapists don't make money if you're cured.
Well isn’t it strange to go to the tabloids about it? Isn’t this a personal issue for someone
Instead of? Why do you assume they can't do both?

A personal issue? The whole reason these things happen is an extreme power imbalance between the man and the women. How exactly would a women resolve that dealing with it as a personal issue if she can't get work cause she wouldn't sleep with a powerful person? If you believe that the person who did this to you is dangerous, you're warning other women to be safe. And you're saying it's OK to talk about this so others will come forward with their stories and people will not just think you're out there with an axe to grind. Do you really not understand the circumstances that caused #MeToo to come about?

Why do you say "instead of"? Maybe it's a way of processing.
