Trending & News Here is an incredible lesson that you need to learn. Most of the results that you get in life are because of your efforts, work, and innate abilities, and not because of your race or gender. Every white person who succeeds does not do so because of "white privilege" and every black person who fails does not fail because of racism.
If a person isn't given an opportunity, unfairly, due to their gender or race or religion that is due to their efforts?
Do NOT twist my words. That is not what I said, and you know it!
It's a question not a statement or summary. I'm asking for your help in answering it. Because I don't see how it fits in with your comment.
And I can imagine that some people dont get jobs because the boss may be racist or gender bias or whatever bias. That has nothing to do with effort. So what do you say to that? I cannot figure out an answer, other than some people have to work a little harder than others before they get what they want. That person would have to keep applying to companies thus do slightly more do to their gender or race or whatever.
MOST - NOT ALL - of the results that you get in life are because of your efforts, work, and innate abilities, and not because of your race or gender. EVERY white person who succeeds does not do so because of "white privilege" and EVERY black person who fails does not fail because of racism.
I NEVER said racism does not exist. There are still members of all races who have prejudice against the other races.
What is unclear about this?
No, that’s because he didn’t put enough effort into it.
