Are south African Coloureds and Light skinned blacks the same Race or different?

I believe that the So-called Coloureds are a mixed race/multiracial peoples

Mixed race is an actual Classification in America these days like any other ethnicity

Lois like your the only one who truly understand about south African coloureds. In America they'd be either black or Latino (dark skinned Latinos)

In South Africa, coloureds are being absorbed by the more Pure groups, as they marry other races example Malaysians in South Africa are a Muslim community yet most Adian-looking coloureds have been absorbed into the Cape Malaysian race (but that was since colonialism Times already)

And recently the Khoi Khoi Bushmen are claiming their mixed race descendants to rejoin the Khoisan race
So my take is that in 100 years the so-called coloureds will be absolutely absorbed into the following races
1. The Khoisan race
2. The Cape Malaysian race
3. Native African tribes who claim them.
4. Other Asian
