I hired some movers a while back and the whole time they were speaking Spanish. I'm almost positive they were talking shit about me. Kind of sad honestly I work in the same field as a lot of hispanics and they treat me as part of the group, so to see them talk shit when they don't know I work in the same kind of industry is pathetic.

They just like talking their own language, and may not even know English. They aren't talking shit behind your back. Most Mexicans are cool people and very easy going. They don't get all uptight about shit like other people do. They just live their lives.
