Should the Supreme Court overturn interracial marriage?

Okay the U. S. Supreme Court’s reasoning for overturning Roe was that at the time Roe became law and before that abortion was illegal in most states. Well before interracial marriage became law via the 1967 U. S. Supreme Court case Loving V. Virginia interracial marriage was illegal in most states. So by the Supreme Courts own logic we should overturn interracial marriage.

The reason for overturning Roe, was because the constitution does not delegate that authority to the United States. Thus in alignment with the 10th Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. In contrast, the 14th Amendment provides for equal protection of the law. The state can't deprive adult citizens of liberty and privileges due to their race. If you let one set of citizens marry under the law, then all groups of citizens have to be able to marry under the law. Equal protection...

The original flawed decision was based on the right to privacy/personal autonomy, but clearly there was a third party child involved in the process of abortion that was losing their life and rights without due process of law and there was a father of said child who was excluded from equal protection for his children. Thus the argument for equal protection that gave rise to Roe was a lie to begin with which created discrimination. The Supreme court knew the initial decision was wrong, thus they had to admit the court’s failure. Therefore they had to step back being that there is no constitution authority that grants women a right to abortion. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, therefore the states must argue the case in their own courts and make their own laws. Eventually state level laws may be challenged by citizens in the Supreme Court where abortion is allowed again under the 14th Amendment, but this time under the language that no state deprive any “person” of life without due process of law. States that allow abortion, will likely have the Supreme Court rule against them based on the 14th Amendment if a case is brought to them that way and since the right to life for “persons” is granted within the Federal Constitution, they can then leverage the 10th amendment and argue that the Federal Constitution prohibits the States to take life of a “person” without due process of law.

So now that you understand that legalized abortion is discrimination and that interfering with interracial marriage is also discrimination, and you saw how the Supreme Court said no we can’t support discrimination at the federal level, the constitution does not allow for it, how exactly do you imagine the Supreme Court would argue in favor of discrimination?

I don't like leftist logic at all but I do believe that abortion should be legal. That is actually the conservative thing to not have the government get involved in your life so fuck the supreme court.

Uh, no. Roe was bad jurisprudence. Loving wasn't (I'd suggest reading the decisions yourself). And Justice Kavanagh specifically has said abortion was the only topic that should be returned to the states.

Not quite. Loving was properly decided based upon state denial of equal protection for citizens of color. The 14th Amendment guarantees the equality of all people regardless of race. The holding in Loving was compelled by the Constitution’s text. The holding in Roe v. Wade was not.
