Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot issued a chilling "call to arms" to political leftists to react to an anticipated US Supreme Court decision to rescind the infamous Roe v. Wade court decision that legalized baby-killing in America. The radical Chicago mayor fears that the court may also rescind its decision to legalize same-sex marriages.

The lesbian mayor tweeted, “To my friends in the LGBTQ+ community—the Supreme Court is coming for us next. This moment has to be a call to arms.’

My opinion is that I hope they WILL rescind the abomination of "same sex marriage".
Time is quickly running out for conservative Godly people to get ANYTHING more done to save our Republic. We must ACT, and act BOLDLY.

I hope so. Send that decision back to the states where it should have been all along. There is nothing in the Constitution that discusses marriage period, let alone gay marriage! That situation is at the state level. If my memory is correct, nearly every state HAD either a law or a state level Constitutional Ammendment stating marriage is between ONE man and ONE woman - including (surprisingly) crazy California.

No. I believe they will leave same sex marriages alone. It doesn't involve them. Now the topic of abortion does because Men don't even get an equal importance say in the decision making. That's sexism right there, and if anything the overturning of r v w will at least prevent the sexism from happening in certain states sense abortion will be illegal in said states. That's better than nothing. Plus everyone kinda gets what they want. It's not completely illegal across the country. I don't see how that's a bad thing

The decision was based on the same right to privacy as Roe. So was the decision that meant states couldn't make contraceptives illegal.

I doubt it, but the Republican leadership is probably stupid enough to try. Fortunately, they're not ON the Supreme Court, but if the Right starts down the same path that lead to "orange man bad", then it's all over.
