Those auditing guys are just being assholes. I understand the theory, but they are still just assholes. They give horrible advise. Then wannabe auditors listen to it and start doing the same thing.

That's not the way to deal with cops. They think that just because they have a "right" to be assholes that it's OK to be assholes.

There is no law that says I have to hold the door open for someone following me. But that doesn't make it right to slam the door in the face of an elderly person using a walker. But yes, I have a right to do that if I choose. That doesn't mean I should.

The entire auditing thing is about seeing just how much of an asshole they can be without quite crossing the line. Then they rationalize it with some BS excuse.

This is a really bad take that is completely devoid of the context of how police brutalize us and attempt to criminalize being rude to them.

It find it better to avoid the drama with cops. If one ever makes a mistake, I just let him/her, and then get it dismissed by the court. Even there I am respectful - can't expect every cop who's out there wondering if the next traffic stop will be the psycho who makes his wife a widow - to be 100% up on every minute aspect of the law, when even the DA's and sometime judges aren't. I grant that the officer thought he was correct, but then point of that law actual says... I never personally attack the officer's character.

I don't have one, and from what I've seen of them I think they're twits trying to become social media stars.

Ever hear the term "cooperate, graduate"? An encounter with a police officer during a traffic stop (or some location) is not the place to get into an argument. Produce the documents, answer the questions, be respectful (both ways). If there's a complaint as to how the police officer comports his/herself, take it to the desk officer on duty, write a letter or take it to court. The street is not the place to escalate anything or be a wise-ass.

Yea, I don't really follow any auditors but I saw this right before I came on here and I figured it was in the general spirit of showing the problems which policing in America need solved

I can't give you his name (confidentiality) but my favorite is the one who pays me $365 per hour to defend him against the trespassing/Failure to ID/Obstruction charges he incurs on a regular basis. You've seen him on YouTube if you've watched any "auditor" videos on YouTube.

My other "favorite" ones that I've never met are Jason Gutterman (KULT) and Moses Bartholomew (Kansas City Accountability) and whats-his-face (First Amendment Protection Agency).

I believe I've seen every "auditor" video on YouTube since they've been part of my clientele over the years and I've done a lot of research. Oh, I like the gay guy in California too, "Nasty Nathaniel" I think he calls himself although he is a bit annoying constantly trying to pick up every guy he sees.

I don't have any lol cause these guys are well within their right to record in public the issue I find with them is purposely taunting the public and police officers with their cameras and then pushing for reactions and claiming see "it' my first amendment violated" if they get put on their ass or beat up.

If you walk up on me and call me any name. It's your right to say it but if nobody's looking I'm punching you in your face.

Dude you learned this in school you can't go around and blab your mouth. In any job setting you would never see me mad I make my money there, but know if I can get away with or see you again in any setting Run your mouth ill knock teeth out, that's why I don't see an issue when officers lose their bearings on these people.

I believe in freedom of speech too strongly for that man. You can go right up to my face and tell me you want to genocide my whole race and I will not lay a single finger on you.

You know theirs a thing called setting, I'm not going to live in a skewed reality where anyone can think open disrespect on a human level is OK because it's their right. I'm sorry but that's something a SJW would say, after getting slapped for getting in someone's face.

Well that is where we are going to have to agree to disagree. I have a very firm belief that people's offense does not entitle them to physically assault other people.

"If you walk up on me and call me any name. It's your right to say it but if nobody's looking I'm punching you in your face. "

That's exactly the reaction they're looking for!

If you dislike them so much why let them control you and use you like that?
You'll catch an assault charge, have to pay an attorney, have to pay court costs, and have to pay restitution. Probably do a years probation (that you'll have to pay for) and have to do some community service, maybe attend anger management classes (that you'll have to pay for). The auditor will get 100,000 "clicks" on your video, a few more subscribers, and sell some more of his swag because his followers got a kick out of watching you beat his ass and then watching the cops drag you off in handcuffs. And you'll have a record for the rest of your life.

It ain't worth it man. You'd be doing exactly what he wants you to do... play the part of the bad guy in his video production.

I don't know how they teach it in Me-he-co schools, but here north of the river in our schools they have this little jingle that starts off with "Sticks and stones may break my bones..." Mr. Fuentes.

You might be the example of why some Americans have the negative attitude of your people that they do. You want to "knock teeth out", as you say, and use violence when it isn't legally justified. Immigrants like you just described have made the entire MAGA movement validated in their own eyes. And you can't stop the movement until you stop your irrational (and illegal) behavior.

Assaulting someone is a crime "up here". Calling someone a name isn't. If it was, every cop who got called a MF'er 10 times a day would be filthy rich by now.

YOU are actually the reason auditors provoke and harass like they do, and are so popular at what they do. If everyone was civil when they got included in an "audit" the video would be so damned boring no one would watch it. The auditors wouldn't have anyone subscribe to their channel, or sent the pay-pal donations or buy their swag online.

You're the guy the auditors come looking for. Dental work is expensive, ese. And if it was my client's teeth you knocked out, you'd pay restitution for the dental expense. Don't be the star of their video. Just ignore them. That's what makes them go away.

I didn't notice the sticker but otherwise I am in total agreement with you. He has an interesting legal battle going on now and I hope he puts the judge in his place the same way he does the police.

The police need to be more comfortable with the public not licking their boots.

I don’t have one. That guy in the video is a real POS. Who does he think he is getting mouthy like that? Real tough guy. He must be a man of great courage. He can slander and humiliate the cop while they’re in uniform. Those cops can’t do nothing. He should wait to run his mouth when they’re off duty.

    What a punk ass bitch.

"All punk bitches are mouthy until they get Rodney Kinged. Then suddenly they learn they're millionaires."

There. I fixed it for you. Not sure Rodney King was the best analogy to use there friend, because he got paid. And if I remember it was just shy of four million dollars.

The last case of "punk bitch" getting "Rodney Kinged" I handled, the guy got a settlement of $25,000.00. My cut was $8,000.00

I made five phone calls and had my paralegal type and send four letters. Not bad for a few phone calls and four stamps, huh?
