White culture really isn't all that judgmental. They are harsh as shit to other people in other cultures. If you isolate the population down to the USA, then yes straight White men being the leaders of the country always have ankle biters at every turn.

America is very competitive. Thus who ever is at the top will have people chasing after them and criticizing them. Everyone is a free individual and everyone is trying to become a bigger fish... People fight to the top.

If you compare that to an Asian culture, for example Japan where everyone is expected to conform to societal standards, then from the time you are born your parents are criticizing everything you do in order to mold you into a conformist. They will tell you don't do that, you are bother them blah blah blah at every turn. Because in Japanese culture they are always trying to think about other people. They are afraid to lose face. They have to manage their reputation more than their happiness.
