I don't want kids but its something I don't say no directly to that person cause I dont want to be inconsiderate of there feelings and not offend anyone.

I think it depends on the context. Do you have kids? vs Do you want kids?

It should come up naturally and not like an interview question. Of course it's better to get that question out of the way earlier than later if it's important to you in a relationship.
