All humans are prone to violence. Some do it well, others are sloppy. It's really a matter of cultural military tradition. White people wage wars with complex military doctrine, well trained men, and advanced technology all working in combination. Black people wage wars by shooting their neighbors in the streets with White people's guns and burning down their own apartment buildings. It's really just a matter of skill. Some cultures are well advanced at warfare, were as others are relatively primitive.

Above-average number of Black people in USA are raised without a father. Without a role model, especially boys go on the wrong trucks.

It's scientifically proven that being raised by a single-mother makes you more likely to become a criminal, to became addicted to alcohol/drugs, less likely to finish college etc.

People raised by single mothers are at higher risk for negative outcomes such as juvenile delinquency and criminal activity. Thus any people group with a higher than normal rate of single mothers is going to have a higher than normal rate of violence and crime
