I know not all black Americans are criminals. I know there are also some nice and caring black people in the world.
Why do you believe in the USA do black Americans commit crime at a higher rate than non-black people?

As with most complex issues, there are multiple causes, which build atop one another: poverty hurts, and cultural and legal standards that discourage the things that lift people out of poverty don't help. And the high crime rate biases other ethnicities against them, making it even harder to break out legitimately.
Perhaps most damningly, the epidemic of fatherlessness that runs rampant in the black community in this country cripples the ability of young people to improve their situation- and that, too, has cultural and economic things running against it.
I'm of Irish descent, myself, and I knew my great-grandparents, who come here at a time when the Irish were viewed with pretty much every negative stereotype black people are tarred with today: we were seen as violent, unruly hooligans, hopelessly enmeshed in gang activity and crime; we bred out of control and lived in neighborhoods that were so dangerous even armed policemen wouldn't go in alone. Our music was loud and raucous, and completely unlike what "proper", WASP-y Americans enjoyed.
Today, we're just another group of white people. The big difference was that we didn't have the government incentivizing us to break up our families, and that unity and strength gives a VERY solid bedrock to build something more stable on. Any long-term solution to the poverty and crime problems of American black culture is basically going to require rebuilding the family as an institution. Now, that needn't be just the classical heterosexual nuclear family; indeed, a strong and constant extended family presence is a HUGE asset in more ways than I can count, but the psychological and learning opportunities that come from it can't be overstated. Frankly, I think it's something almost everyone would benefit from.

A lot of people will mention poverty, but that’s not really true. You see, when you look at the statistics and you compare the races of any social class, black people are still more violent. This isn’t only the case in the USA, it’s the same everywhere.
The difference races of people evolved in different areas of the world for thousands of years. It’s a little silly to believe that the only differences between the races are skin colour. There’s more to it than that.
Because people who were raised without a father I'm more likely to be criminals, and Africans who were born in America are more likely than other people groups to not have a father present.
Toxic culture shit education standerds and living in poverty
Lousy parenting.
