President (or Prime Minister - depends who rules in your country) is elected for life, but he/she can be removed after meeting the appropriate conditions, if the society would be disapproved.
No that's almost like creating a monarchy in my opinion

That is called a mert retention election. We have that for appellate judges who are appointed to their positions by the governor. I am not aware of even one judge ever being voted out of office in a retention election.
I think the entire system of modern western society was designed to prevent the best type of leader from gaining power. First they made sure that most people were raised to be sheep and that the military is led by sheep who value their pensions more than oaths or allegiance to the nation. Things have gotten so bad that a LOT of retried military generals in the US and UK now work for our enemies or friends of our enemies and make millions of dollars doing that. Think about it.
So to me it's like asking, can we find a nice pint of ice cream in the garbage bin that's been sitting out in the hot sun for years. Nah.
And what do I consider quality leadership material? I think of guys like Julius Caesar, Gengis Khan, Kublai Khan, Alexander the Great. George Washington too but he was surrounded by fools not long after independence if you look at how party lines developed & some accused him of being a pawn of King George because he disagreed with them (ha ha ha, fools).
That is called a dictatorship, dumbass.
It's an oxymoron to be "elected for life" by the public. The whole point of elections is the public having a say on who, and until when, a person can be in a position.
In positions of rule, it doesn't matter too much as success is in hands of the partners in the various institutions of state. Mainly as it's those institutions that will do the actual work the president/prime minister/caliph etc will preside over.
Nope, the founding fathers limited it to two terms for thst very reason. Nobody is a king for life. They had been there, done thst.
That system already works in Russia (Putin) and China (Xi).
Each head of state has different characteristics. Therefore, some will want to stay short and some will want to stay long.
Um no. In all of history, the worst wars happen when we try to take back lifetime appointments or ultimate power from a country’s leader.
Basically defined the Napoleonic Wars.that's a dictatorship, not a presidency
I’m against lifelong terms
doesn't matter either way
Not a good idea.
