Who's to blame?

The drought that slammed the US this past summer has led to record low water levels in the Mississippi River and its tributaries. The effect is that barges are only partially full and tug boats have fewer barges in tow. The result will be much higher distribution costs.

The price increases are for the most basic commodities. For example, feed corn will cost more. Eventually, beef prices will be higher in the grocery store. It will take years, before us consumers pay more.

What excuses will conservatives use to blame Biden?
