Because Russia is a fake power. Just like when you go to a Disney theme park you're seeing a fake town. It's been fake since the Soviet days. There was not one day when the Soviets and later Russians were actually successful. It's all built on lies. For example, the Soviets were propped up by western supplies and food for their entire existence. There's a reason why there's almost no paved roads in such a large country.

There's nothing to unify the force. Ukraine is not there enemy, most of them know that. Fear of reprisal for not fighting and unity amongst thier comrades is the only thing that is holding them together. 1. Not a strong Senior Enlisted Force

2. Lack of Quality Maintenance

3. Inability to establish Air Dominance

4. Lack of material to produce more equipment

5. Poor coordination for Combined Arms warfare

6. Underestimation of enemy's will to fight

7. Poor stream of Logistics

8. Misleading information from superiors
