Because they like political violence and authoritarianism. Or at least they think they like those things. And they would, at first, probably be happy to think a guy who hates the things they hate is given absolute authority to kill all of the people they hate en mass, but I suspect once they are gone yet the problems still linger it shouldn't take too long for them to realize they are next in line to be hated. I could be wrong, though - they are famously stupid, so they may never catch on and die happy.

One. Russia is going to beat Ukraine.

Two , he is trying to end war something Biden won't do. Biden wants this war to go on.

Three , Trump said he would meet with Putin and Z and end the war. Biden has refused to allow peace talks.

Four , Ukraine is losing many men and depends on US for weapons. I am not sure Republicans will continue to supply them weapons
