I'm fairly sure that won't happen.

1. The Speaker of the House must be an elected representatove from one of the fifty states.

2. Trump is a resident of Florida and he is not an elected representatove from Florida.

3. He is not running for any open House seat in this year's general election.

4. The only other way for him to become a member of the House would be for him to be appointed by the governor to finish the term of an elected representative who died, resigned, or was otherwise removed from office during their term.

5. Since Trump is a Florida resident, he would need to be a appointed by Gov. DeSantis.

6. Since Trump has gone out of his way to alienate DeSantis, it is EXTREMELY unlikely that DeSantis would appoint him to fill any unexpired term.

7. So it's not gonna happen!

Speaker of the house is elected by the house. Anyone can be speaker as long as they meet the constitutional requirements.

Whether he would be elected by the house has absolutely nothing to do with what you posted. You said he isn't on the ballot for a house seat in Florida, so it would be impossible. He doesn't need to be a house member to be speaker.
