No? A friendship is not based on sexual attraction so I don't see how it would effect things at all.
Would be like saying it weakens a friendship if I have a friend of opposite sex who is attractive.
Or randomly saying because they aren't attractive I can't be friends with them.

Attraction or not shouldn't effect the relationship. So finding out they are attracted to you or people of your sex it don't really matter.
