What is your view on people having friends of the same gender, even though they are in a relationship?

Want to hear other peoples opinion on this matter, as it it’s a controversial one.
Maybe it depends on how much you trust them, or it depends how close the friends are?

People should be friends with whomever they want.

Its hard enough finding friends, so why limit yourself.

Also if someone else tells you, you can't be friends with this or that one, you should leave him/her, you don't need that controlling toxicity in your life.

Personally I fail to see any problems or concerns whatsoever, both my husband and I have many friends of both genders.
