I use exact same diagnostic measures. Same questions. Strengths weaknesses improvements required, outcomes in practicality like Christmas bonus. If they are not going to work for money, I don’t want them anyway. Learn quite a bit about a person this way. I’ve had a 10,500 bonus one year too released 12/15. Check all your employees social media profiles. If they publicly post sjw bullshit online, you review them badly. If they do it behind locked accounts and they invite you to see them if you ask, you also review them badly. If they don't post sjw bullshit online, review them favorably, if they post anti sjw stuff, review them very favorably.
