If anything, the "system" abused me. My parents never made me hate myself for being short or fat or stupid. Well one made it worse but they came later, they didn't start it. Tv and schools and doctors started it.
That I lost my virginity to a loser and wasted 7 years of my life with him. I have so much trauma, man.
I mean virginity is just an idea.
Just let go of all those ideas and be present
