Is he going to purchase GAG at twice its market value too? He’s never going to make Twitter a totally free platform in its current form. That’s impossible. He already can’t attract advertising and is trying to monetize the customers. Advertisers are picky about the content they associate with and that’s completely understandable. Twitter will probably go bankrupt in 2023 and Musk will likely reorganize it into a paid subscription service, which he has stated a desire to do in the past. The only way to truly have a free forum is for users to pay for it. How many will pay for that privilege is the question.
